Galaxy A71 has a score of 87.5, which is slightly better than Microsoft Surface Duo 2's 85.3 overall score. Even though the Galaxy A71 is older and notably thicker than the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, it's body is still way lighter. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because it has a bigger screen, a higher 1892 x 2688px resolution and a quite better pixels amount in each inch of screen. Galaxy A71 counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A71 also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy A71, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2's battery duration is just as good as the Galaxy A71 one, although the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has 4449mAh of battery capacity.
