The Galaxy A71 is slightly better than the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, getting an 87.5 score against 87.1. Galaxy A71's design is somewhat thinner and a little lighter than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, although it was released many years before. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Galaxy A71 has older 11 version while Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has Android 14 version.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra features a much more vibrant display than Galaxy A71. Both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the same display pixel density and a screen with the same size. The Galaxy A71 has a much better performing processing unit than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra counts with a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy A71, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra features a battery life that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy A71's battery performance.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra shoots clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a worse video quality and a camera in the back with a much lower resolution, it also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a bigger camera aperture to take better images in low-light environments.
