Samsung Galaxy A71 is just a bit better than the Galaxy A42, with an 87.5 score against 87. Both of these devices include the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect. The Samsung Galaxy A71 construction is just a little lighter and thinner than the Galaxy A42, despite of the fact that it was released about 9 months before.
