Comparison review

The Galaxy A71 is much better than the Galaxy Alpha, having an 87.5 score against 76.3. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A71 has the older 11 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. Galaxy A71's construction is a lot heavier and thicker than the Galaxy Alpha.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A71, because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. Galaxy Alpha features a bit better display than Galaxy A71, although it has a little bit inferior quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720px and a way smaller screen.

Galaxy A71 has a greater camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy A71 also has a much better 64 megapixels resolution camera and a larger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 1860mAh.

The Galaxy A71 costs more money than the Galaxy Alpha, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
