Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A71 is slightly better than the Galaxy M21, with an 87.5 score against 84.1. Although the Samsung Galaxy A71 and Galaxy M21 were released only a few months apart, the Samsung Galaxy A71 is just a little lighter and somewhat thinner. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 operating system.
Galaxy M21's CPU is very similar to the CPU in Galaxy A71, and although the Galaxy M21 has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Galaxy M21 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A71, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater display density.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 captures slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy M21, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has a much higher resolution back facing camera, a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a bigger aperture.
Galaxy A71 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M21, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Galaxy A71 also has 128 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy M21 counts with better battery life than Galaxy A71, because it has a 33% greater battery size.
