Galaxy A71 is a little bit better than Galaxy Note8, getting an 87.5 score against 83. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A71 has 11 version while Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy A71's body is a lot newer, a little bit lighter and thinner than Galaxy Note8.

Galaxy Note8 features a little faster CPU than Galaxy A71. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores. Galaxy Note8 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy A71, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution.

Galaxy A71 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a way better resolution camera in the back and a way bigger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 features a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note8, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB more internal memory. The Galaxy A71 has greater battery life than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy A71 is also cheaper than the other phone, making this phone a very good choice.
