The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A71's global score of 87.5. Both phones we are comparing include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A71 has Android 11 version, so it counts with a couple additional features and performance improvements. Although it's the best device in this comparison, it must be told that it is also heavier and thicker.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy A71, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because it has a higher pixels number in each inch of display, a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a quite bigger screen.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A71, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A71. If you want to save some money, you can get Galaxy A71, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
