Galaxy S21 FE has a global score of 89.1, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A71's overall score of 87.5. Both phones in this review come with the same Android 11 operating system. Even though the Galaxy S21 FE is a little thicker than Samsung Galaxy A71, it's a little bit lighter and newer.
Galaxy S21 FE counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A71. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. Galaxy S21 FE counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Galaxy A71 has a much bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy A71 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A71 takes way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a camera with a much higher 64 megapixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and Samsung Galaxy A71 both count with extremely similar battery durations.
Although Galaxy S21 FE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy A71, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A71. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy A71, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
