Galaxy A71 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S6, getting a score of 87.5 against 87.3. Galaxy A71's body is extremely newer than the Samsung Galaxy S6's, but it is much heavier and just a little thicker. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A71 has a more recent 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version.

The Galaxy S6 has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy A71, because although it has 3 GB less RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional GPU. Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels number per display inch and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

The Galaxy A71 shoots much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A71 also has a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a larger aperture to capture better images and videos in low-light environments and a much more mega pixels camera.

Galaxy A71 counts with a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A71 also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A71 has a way better battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 2550mAh.

Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S6. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy S6, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
