Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy A71 is a little bit better than Galaxy S8, with a general score of 87.5 against 81.7. The Samsung Galaxy A71 design is a lot newer and a bit thinner, but also somewhat heavier than Galaxy S8. The Galaxy A71 and the Samsung Galaxy S8 count with similar CPUs, and although the Samsung Galaxy S8 has less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.

The Galaxy S8 has a more vivid screen than Galaxy A71, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels amount in each inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px. Galaxy A71 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S8, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB.

Galaxy A71 features a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh. The Galaxy A71 captures greater videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a camera in the back with a much better 64 mega-pixels resolution and a lot larger sensor providing a much higher image quality.

Although Samsung Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S8. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A71, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S8, letting go a couple features and specifications.
