Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is slightly better than the Galaxy A71, with a 91.1 score against 87.5. Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition's construction is a lot thinner but incredibly heavier than Galaxy A71. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has the newer 14 version and Galaxy A71 has Android 11 version.
The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a more vivid display than Galaxy A71, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a higher 1968 x 2184 pixels resolution and a larger screen. The Galaxy A71 features a much faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 takes clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has a way worse resolution camera in the back, they both have the same aperture. Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
Galaxy A71 features just a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4400mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy A71, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A71. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy A71, letting go a couple features and specifications.
