Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ2 Premium, having a general score of 87.5 against 82.2. Galaxy A71's design is newer, notably lighter and incredibly thinner than the Xperia XZ2 Premium. The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy A71. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much better looking display than Galaxy A71, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot better pixel amount per inch in the display and a lot higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy A71 has a much better camera than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has a lot bigger back camera sensor which provides a way better image and video quality and a back camera with lot more megapixels.
The Galaxy A71 features a much bigger storage for applications and games than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB. Galaxy A71 counts with longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
