Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has an overall score of 88.9, which is slightly better than the Galaxy A71's 87.5 global score. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a noticeably heavier and incredibly thicker phone than the Galaxy A71. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has older 10 version while Galaxy A71 has Android 11.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy A71, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has 6 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a larger display and a better resolution of 2088 x 2250px.
The Galaxy A71 takes much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a much smaller sensor which gives a much worse photo and video quality, a worse 3840x2160 video quality, a lot lower resolution camera in the back and a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light images and video.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A71 features just a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has an 11% greater battery capacity.
