Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A71 has an overall score of 87.5, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's general score of 75.7. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy A71 is way older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's design is a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A71 has an older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A71. Both of them have exactly the same 1080 x 2400 resolution, a better pixels number in each screen inch and a display with the same size. The Galaxy A71 has a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. They have a 6 GB RAM memory and 8 cores.
The Galaxy A71 captures a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a smaller camera sensor which provides a lower image and video quality, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels.
Galaxy A71 features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A71 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy A71, because it has an 11 percent greater battery capacity.
