Galaxy A71 has a global score of 87.5, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 overall score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A71 has a more recent 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. Galaxy A71 is a somewhat lighter and thinner phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, although both were only released 4 months apart.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a display that is very similar to Samsung Galaxy A71's screen, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a quite smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bit greater pixel number in each screen inch.
