The Huawei Mate 30 has a global score of 84, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A73 5G's 80.5 global score. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 has an older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A73 5G has Android 12. Even being the best phone in this comparison, the Huawei Mate 30 body is just a little heavier and a little thicker than Samsung Galaxy A73 5G.
Samsung Galaxy A73 5G features a slightly better screen than Huawei Mate 30, because it has a just a bit better pixels density, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit larger display. Galaxy A73 5G features much more memory to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 30, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A73 5G also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.

The Huawei Mate 30 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A73 5G, although it has a way lower resolution back camera, they both have the same aperture.
