The iPhone 6s Plus has a global score of 84.2, which is much better than Galaxy A8 (2016)'s overall score of 72.8. Even being the best cellphone in this review, we must note that it is also older, a little bit heavier and a little thicker. IPhone 6s Plus works with iOS 9.x OS, and Galaxy A8 (2016) comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
IPhone 6s Plus has a little better performance than Galaxy A8 (2016), because although it has 6 less and slower cpu cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional graphics processing unit. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus has a brighter display than Galaxy A8 (2016), because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Apple iPhone 6s Plus also counts with a quite better display density.
The Apple iPhone 6s Plus takes just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light images and video and a camera with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
