HTC One M9 has a general score of 77.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy A8 (2016)'s 72.8 global score. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the HTC One M9 has the older 5.0 version and Galaxy A8 (2016) has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Despite of the fact HTC One M9 is older and way thicker than the Galaxy A8 (2016), it's construction is still somewhat lighter.
