The Huawei Mate X has a global score of 89.4, which is way better than the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016)'s 72.8 overall score. Even though Huawei Mate X is notably newer than the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016), it's a lot heavier and thicker. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate X has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
