The Nokia 9.3 PureView is better than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016), having an 84.2 score against 72.8. Both devices in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Nokia 9.3 PureView has an older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Nokia 9.3 PureView's design is noticeably lighter and much thinner than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016).

The Nokia 9.3 PureView features a slightly better display than Galaxy A8 (2016), because it has a larger display, a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 and a just a little better quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Nokia 9.3 PureView features a better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A8 (2016), because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

The Nokia 9.3 PureView has a little faster processor than Galaxy A8 (2016), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Nokia 9.3 PureView also has a higher amount of RAM.
