Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy M30 has an overall score of 82.4, which is better than Galaxy A8 (2016)'s 72.8 global score. Samsung Galaxy M30's design is a lot newer and a bit lighter, but somewhat thicker than the Galaxy A8 (2016). Both devices in our current comparison have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M30 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A8 (2016) has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, offering some additional features.

Samsung Galaxy M30 features a screen that is very similar to the display in Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016), although the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has a quite larger screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2280 resolution and a just a little greater screen pixels density. Galaxy M30 features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A8 (2016), because it has 96 GB more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB.

The Galaxy A8 (2016) counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M30, although it has 3 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Galaxy M30 features a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy A8 (2016), because it has a 52 percent greater battery size. Samsung Galaxy M30's camera is very similar to the Galaxy A8 (2016) one, and although the Samsung Galaxy M30 has a camera with less mega pixels resolution and a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, they both have the same aperture.
