Galaxy S6 is way better than Galaxy A8 (2016), having an 87.4 score against 72.8. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy A8 (2016) has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Galaxy S6 body is just a little bit thinner and lighter than Galaxy A8 (2016), despite of the fact that it was released a little bit further than a year before.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a greater performance than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016), and although they both have the same number of cores and 3 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bit CPU. The Galaxy S6 has a much better screen than Galaxy A8 (2016), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better display pixel density and a better 2560 x 1440px resolution.
