Asus ROG Phone 8 is just a bit better than the Galaxy A8 (2018), getting a 79.5 score against 79.2. The Asus ROG Phone 8 design is incredibly newer, but extremely heavier and just a bit thicker than the Galaxy A8 (2018). The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a little lower screen density, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bigger screen.
Galaxy A8 (2018) has a way better performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage capacity.
