The Galaxy A8 (2018) is a little bit better than LG G3, with a 79.2 score against 76.4. The Galaxy A8 (2018) body is noticeably newer and just a bit thinner than LG G3's, although it's somewhat heavier. LG G3 has a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a just a little greater display density.

The Galaxy A8 (2018) counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than LG G3, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB and 32 GB more internal storage. The LG G3 features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
