The Galaxy A8 (2018) has a general score of 79.2, which is a little bit better than the Moto Z3 Play's 76.3 score. Despite being the best phone we compare here, we must note that it is also somewhat thicker and a bit heavier. Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) counts with a slightly better looking display than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch and a quite better 1080 x 2220 resolution.
Motorola Moto Z3 Play features a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Motorola Moto Z3 Play also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) features a bit better CPU than Moto Z3 Play. Both of them have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 CPU cores.
The Moto Z3 Play features just a bit better camera than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a much less MP camera, and they both have a F1.7 aperture, the Moto Z3 Play also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
