Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A8 (2018)'s 79.2 general score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is notably older than the Galaxy A8 (2018), it's design is a little thinner and a bit lighter. Galaxy A8 (2018) features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy A8 (2018) also has more cpu cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because it has a little better pixel count per inch in the display, a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a little bigger display. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 captures a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking photographs and videos in low light situations, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) has much more storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. The Galaxy Note 5 has a battery duration that is very similar to Galaxy A8 (2018)'s battery duration.
