Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, with a general score of 79.2 against 77.5. Although Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) and Xiaomi Mi Max 2 were only released 7 months apart, the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) body is just a bit thicker but somewhat lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 2. The Galaxy A8 (2018) counts with a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel quantity per inch in the display and a bit higher 1080 x 2220 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) counts with a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Max 2. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores.
