Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is much better than the Galaxy A8, with an 81.1 score against 67.9. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a lot newer than the Galaxy A8, it's extremely heavier and way thicker. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a newer 10 version while Galaxy A8 has Android 5.1 version, so it counts with a couple additional features.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a greater processing power than Galaxy A8, because it has 7 more processing cores and more RAM memory. The Galaxy A8 has just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although it has a little smaller screen, a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a quite lower screen pixels density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots greater pictures and videos than Galaxy A8, and although they both have a F1.9 camera aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a much better video definition and a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A8, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a very superior battery performance than Galaxy A8, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro costs a little more than the Samsung Galaxy A8, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
