Galaxy A9 (2018) has a general score of 85.2, which is a bit better than Motorola One Hyper's 79.8 overall score. The Galaxy A9 (2018) body is thinner and just a little lighter than Motorola One Hyper, although it was released about a year before. Motorola One Hyper features a screen that is very similar to the display in Galaxy A9 (2018), although the Motorola One Hyper also has a little larger screen, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a bit greater pixels density.

The Motorola One Hyper has a slightly better storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola One Hyper also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
