Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is much better than the Galaxy A9 (2018)'s 85.2 global score. The Galaxy Fold design is newer and somewhat thinner, but also heavier than the Galaxy A9 (2018). Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a display that's just as good as the Galaxy A9 (2018) one, because although the Samsung Galaxy Fold has a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1536 x 2152 and a bigger screen.
Galaxy Fold features a very superior memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Fold has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has 6 GB more RAM.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a slightly better camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rate, a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking worse quality photographs and videos and a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking photographs and video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also counts with a camera with much more MP.
The Galaxy Fold has just a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity instead of 3800mAh.
