Comparison review
The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a global score of 85.2, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's global score of 78.2. Although the Galaxy A9 (2018) is notably older than the Xiaomi Poco M3, it's design is somewhat thinner and just a little lighter. The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also has more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) and the Xiaomi Poco M3 both feature really similar displays, although the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340, a bit better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a little bigger screen. Galaxy A9 (2018) has a superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Poco M3 takes clearer photos and videos than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
