Galaxy J8 is just a bit better than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), having a global score of 76.7 against 74.4. The Galaxy J8 design is way newer and somewhat lighter than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016)'s, but it is also just a little bit thicker. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy J8 has the previous 10 version while Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Samsung Galaxy J8's CPU is just as good as the Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) one, both of them have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM. Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has a little sharper screen than Galaxy J8, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) also has a better 1080 x 1920 resolution and a greater amount of pixels per inch in the screen.
