The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), getting a 78.2 score against 74.4. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S construction is newer and somewhat lighter, but a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016). These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has a bit superior processor than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has a better screen than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), because it has a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a just a little better pixel amount per inch in the screen and a quite larger screen.

The Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) counts with more storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), because it has a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in low-light environments and a much higher resolution back facing camera.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S's battery life is very similar to Galaxy A9 Pro (2016)'s battery lifetime.
