IPhone 6 Plus has a score of 80.4, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha's 76.3 overall score. IPhone 6 Plus comes with iOS 8.x OS, and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 OS. Although it's the best phone in this comparison review, the iPhone 6 Plus is a a little bit thicker and way heavier phone than the Galaxy Alpha.

The iPhone 6 Plus counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a larger screen and more pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit better hardware performance than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, because although it has a 32-bits processor against 64-bits, and they both have a 450 megahertz graphics processor, the Galaxy Alpha also counts with a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.

IPhone 6 Plus features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Alpha has a slightly better camera than iPhone 6 Plus, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Alpha also has a camera with way more MP and a lot better (4K) video quality.

Apple iPhone 6 Plus has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 2915mAh of battery capacity instead of 1860mAh.

Although iPhone 6 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy iPhone 6 Plus, else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, letting go a couple features and specs.
