Google Pixel is just a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha, with an 80.2 score against 76.3. Google Pixel's construction is thicker and heavier than Galaxy Alpha. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a bit better CPU than Google Pixel, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha also counts with an extra graphics processor.
Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit more vivid screen than Google Pixel, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a much worse pixel amount per inch in the display and a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720px. Google Pixel takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Google Pixel also has a back facing camera with more megapixels and a larger camera aperture for better images and videos in low light environments.
Google Pixel has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Google Pixel features a much better battery performance than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 2770mAh battery capacity instead of 1860mAh.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Google Pixel is also the cheapest.
