Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro has a score of 81.4, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha's 76.3 overall score. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Huawei P20 Pro is a thicker and a lot heavier phone than Galaxy Alpha. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 Pro has the older 10 version and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P20 Pro, although it has a lot smaller display, a quite lower screen pixels density and a way lower 1280 x 720px resolution. The Huawei P20 Pro counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal memory.
Huawei P20 Pro counts with a CPU that's very similar to Galaxy Alpha's CPU, because although the Huawei P20 Pro has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores (although slower) and more RAM. Huawei P20 Pro features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 115% larger battery capacity.
The Huawei P20 Pro features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video quality, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a much more megapixels back-facing camera and a larger aperture.
The Huawei P20 Pro is a little more expensive than Galaxy Alpha, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
