Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, having a 79.5 score against 76.3. The Huawei P40 Lite design is notably heavier and much thicker than Samsung Galaxy Alpha. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Lite has the previous 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei P40 Lite, although it has a really smaller display, a little less pixels per display inch and a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720px. The Galaxy Alpha features just a bit better processing power than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory and lesser cores , it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
The Huawei P40 Lite features a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a camera with a much higher 48 MP resolution and a larger diafragm aperture for better images and videos in poorly lited environments.
Huawei P40 Lite features a very superior storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 96 GB more internal memory. Huawei P40 Lite features a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 4200mAh battery size against 1860mAh.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Huawei P40 Lite is also a lot cheaper.
