Comparison review
Galaxy Alpha has an overall score of 76.3, which is a bit better than LG G5's 76.1 global score. The Galaxy Alpha body is notably lighter and thinner than the LG G5. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Alpha has the previous 4.4.4 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The LG G5 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a way higher screen pixels density, a little larger display and a lot higher 1440 x 2560 resolution. Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit superior processor than LG G5, because although it has 2 GB less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Alpha also counts with a GPU.
The LG G5 counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG G5 also has a much higher 16 mega pixels resolution back camera and a larger aperture. Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, Galaxy Alpha is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
