The LG Q70 has a score of 77.9, which is a bit better than Galaxy Alpha's general score of 76.3. Both devices in this comparison come with Android OS, but the LG Q70 has the older 10 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4. Although it's the best in this review, the LG Q70 is a thicker and noticeably heavier device than Galaxy Alpha.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a slightly better screen than LG Q70, although it has a little inferior count of pixels per inch in the screen, a way smaller display and a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720px. LG Q70 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a little faster CPU than LG Q70, because although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. LG Q70 features a better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the LG Q70 also has a larger camera aperture to take better captures and video in low-light situations and a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.
The LG Q70 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 1860mAh.
The LG Q70 is a bit more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
