Comparison review
LG Velvet is much better than Galaxy Alpha, having an 87.1 score against 76.3. Although it's the best phone in this review, the LG Velvet construction is somewhat thicker and notably heavier than the Galaxy Alpha. LG Velvet features a processing unit that's very similar to the CPU in Galaxy Alpha, because although the LG Velvet has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores (although they are slower) and 4 GB more RAM.
Galaxy Alpha has a bit more vivid display than LG Velvet, although it has a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 720, a just a little worse display density and a really smaller display. The LG Velvet takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the LG Velvet also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and video and a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
LG Velvet has a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The LG Velvet has a superior battery performance than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
LG Velvet is not only the best phones in our current comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to the other phones.
