Comparison review

Motorola Moto G8 Plus is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, getting a overall score of 77.6 against 76.3. Even being the best in this comparison, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus design is extremely thicker and a lot heavier than Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The Galaxy Alpha has a little bit better looking screen than Moto G8 Plus, although it has a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution, a bit lower screen density and a much smaller display.

Moto G8 Plus counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Alpha features a bit superior processor than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

The Moto G8 Plus has a superior battery life than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 1860mAh. The Moto G8 Plus captures way better photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Moto G8 Plus also has a back-facing camera with a way better 48 MP resolution and a much bigger aperture.
