Moto G9 Play is a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha, with a general score of 76.7 against 76.3. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Moto G9 Play is a a lot thicker and heavier phone than Galaxy Alpha. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Moto G9 Play has the older 10 version and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.
Galaxy Alpha features a more vivid display than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has a really smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, it also counts with a little better screen density. The Galaxy Alpha counts with just a bit better performance than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
The Moto G9 Play captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G9 Play also has a way larger aperture, better 60 frames per second video frame rates and a back facing camera with a way higher 48 mega pixels resolution.
Motorola Moto G9 Play counts with much more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. Motorola Moto G9 Play has a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 169% more battery size.
