Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW, having a 76.3 score against 75.9. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a a lot lighter and thinner device than the OnePlus 8 UW. These phones have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a newer 4.4.4 version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10, so it provides a couple additional features and performance enhancements.
The OnePlus 8 UW features a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a really larger display, a lot higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a better number of pixels per display inch. The OnePlus 8 UW features a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and 4 more processing cores.
The OnePlus 8 UW features a much better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video quality, the OnePlus 8 UW also has higher video frame rate, a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a larger camera aperture. OnePlus 8 UW features a very superior memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
OnePlus 8 UW features a much better battery duration than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity against 1860mAh.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy Alpha is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
