Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a bit better than the Galaxy A6, having a 76.3 score against 75.8. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a a lot lighter and somewhat thinner phone than Galaxy A6. Galaxy Alpha has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy A6, because although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor.
The Galaxy Alpha counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy A6, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1280 x 720 and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch. The Galaxy A6 and Samsung Galaxy Alpha both count with quite similar cameras, and although the Galaxy A6 has a way larger aperture and a back camera with a lot higher resolution, they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate.
The Galaxy A6 features a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A6 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 400 GB. The Galaxy A6 counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 61 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Alpha is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy A6. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Alpha, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy A6, resigning some specifications.
