Comparison review

Galaxy A9 (2018) has a score of 85.2, which is much better than the Galaxy Alpha's 76.3 general score. Although it's the best in this review, the Galaxy A9 (2018) design is thicker and a lot heavier than the Galaxy Alpha. Galaxy Alpha features a bit better processing power than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy A9 (2018), although it has a little less pixels per inch in the screen, a lot smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has a back facing camera with much more megapixels and a lot larger camera aperture to take better captures and videos in poorly lited situations.

Galaxy A9 (2018) counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy A9 (2018) has a really longer battery life than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity.
