Comparison review

The Galaxy J8 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, having a 76.7 score against 76.3. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy J8 has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. The Galaxy J8 is a somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha features a much better display than Galaxy J8, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1280 x 720 and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a quite higher display density. Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

The Galaxy J8's camera is just as good as the camera in Galaxy Alpha, and although the Galaxy J8 has a camera in the back with a much higher 16 mega pixels resolution and a way larger diafragm aperture, they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate. The Galaxy J8 has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB.

The Galaxy J8 has a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 3500mAh battery size.
