The Galaxy Note 20 is better than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, getting a 90.8 score against 76.3. Galaxy Note 20 is a incredibly thicker and incredibly heavier device than Samsung Galaxy Alpha. Galaxy Alpha counts with a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, although it has a much smaller display, a bit lower pixel density and a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720px.

The Galaxy Note 20 has a much greater memory for applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Note 20 counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of faster cores.

Galaxy Note 20 counts with a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 1860mAh. Galaxy Note 20 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a 12 mega pixels resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy Note 20 also has a way higher video quality and a larger aperture to capture better captures and videos in low-light situations.

Although Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Alpha. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Alpha, giving up a couple features and specs.
