Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a bit better than Galaxy Alpha, having an 81.7 score against 76.3. Both phones we are comparing work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a newer 5.0 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4. Even being the best in this comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a notably thicker and extremely heavier cellphone than the Galaxy Alpha.

The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note Edge also has more RAM memory and a better GPU. Galaxy Note Edge counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a larger screen, way more pixels per inch of display and a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

Galaxy Note Edge takes clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a way more MP camera in the back. The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB.

The Galaxy Note Edge has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 61 percent larger battery capacity.

The Galaxy Note Edge costs a little more money than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
