The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is much better than the Galaxy Alpha's score of 76.3. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy S20 is a way heavier and thicker device than Galaxy Alpha. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4.

Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a lot bigger display and a lot better screen pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and 10 GB more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 12 MP, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a larger aperture to capture better photography and videos in low light environments.

The Galaxy S20 has a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 counts with a superior battery performance than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is way more expensive than Galaxy Alpha, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
