Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Galaxy Alpha, getting a score of 98 against 76.3. Despite being the best in our current comparison, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a notably heavier and much thicker phone than the Galaxy Alpha. These phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a way higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a way better display pixels density and a way larger screen.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that allows up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels, a way higher video definition and a larger aperture to capture better photos and video in poorly lited situations.
